Utilising the latest production techniques and machinery; including CNC’s, Flat Bed Saws and Edge Banding machines, Ballen has become a
fore-runner in manufacturing standard and be-spoke furnishing solutions to a wide and varied customer base.

Skilled technicians programme and operate the latest machinery to reduce Bulk raw material such as Trespa, HP Laminates, MF MDF, MF MFC etc. to required blank sizes, these are then transferred to Multi-bore CNC’s for machining, then Edge Banding for finishing.

Finished Blanks are then marshalled together ready for assembly, on a job-by-job basis. All units are hand assembled by experienced woodworkers; ready for dispatch…Tops are cut and finished to site dimension requirements.
